What would you make it as for example (Necklace, badge, or a ring) ?

I made a UV indicator that is a normal UV indicator but also a UV indicator you can wear if it was made in real life. The hard thing was designing it and the easy thing was typing the numbers. I hope you guys like it! Enjoy!

Comment if this is a UV indicator because I was not 100% sure if this was right?

 Hey viewers, in my last post I showed you guys my 3 haiku poem's. So I am going to share a video that shows me saying it. This is going to be apart of the step up task I did last post. This reminded me when I was playing outside with my friends. I hope you guys like it!

What slide was your favourite?

(SLJ Activity 10) My AMAZING HAIKU POEM!

 Hey viewers, today I made my own awesome Haiku Poem for the Summer Learning Journey. To making a Haiku Poem you should only have three lines. The first line should have 5 syllables and then the second line should have 7 syllable. The last line should also have 5 syllables. The hard thing about doing this was thinking of what to write, but the easy thing was putting a photo in that matches what I said. This reminded me of when I went to the beach and me and me siblings were playing water fight. I hope you guys like it and you guys should try it out too!

Which line was your favourite?

(SLJ Activity 8) My INCREDIBLE SHORT CHORUS with LYRICS!

 Hey viewers, today I did an embarrassing task for Summer Learning Journey. But I just did what I got to do. So today I made my own Chorus with my own Lyrics! I recorded myself singing it which was the embarrassing thing. I did singing for the step up task and made lyrics. Then for my normal task I made a chorus. The meaning to the lyrics is if you believe in yourself you can achieve big things. The hard thing about this was singing in front of the camera. The most easy thing was making a chorus. So you will see I will put the lyrics first and then you will see the audio of me singing it. I hope you like it, and sorry I am a really bad singer. To me it did not sound like singing because I was scared and shy, and I am sorry. Enjoy!

(SLJ Activity 6 Stepup) Stepup KOWHAIWHAI

Hey viewers, today I made another Kowhaiwhai but it is a step up. So I made a new one and it represents The love towards Trees. The other one i did the not step up one it represents The big and little things people have done for each other.  The hard thing about it was finding a pattern to make but the easy thing was picking a colour. This reminded me when I went to a beach and there were lots of poles with Maori patterns on it. I hope you like it!

STEP UP KOWHAIWHAI

NOT STEP UP KOWHAIWHAI

Which Kowhaiwhai do you like the best?

(SLJ Activity 7) My AMAZED OPTICAL ILLUSION!

Hey viewers,  today I made my own OPTICAL ILLUSION. I think it turned out amazing. I am going to give you tips to how to make it. First all, imagine there is a light bulb at the top of it. The places that are hiding from the light you give them a darker shade of the colour your using. Also the sides that are facing the light, make them a light colour. To making this illusion I had to have my big thinking cap on. To making this you have to have all the piece´s connecting so I tried my best and I thought of where to connect stuff and other things like that. The hard thing about this was thinking of where to connect the part/sides and also it was hard to think of an optical illusion to use. But the easy thing was picking a colour for the illusion. This reminded me of watching an illusion video which was if you looked in the middle of something then look up then start blinking. You would see the thing that you saw on the screen. So that´s all I have for today, I hope you enjoyed and I hope you like my OPTICAL ILLUSION!

Is this a cool optical illusion?

(SLJ Activity 6) My AMAZING KOWHAIWHAI!

 Hey viewers, today I got to create my own Kowhaiwhai for a Summer Learning Journey task. I learnt that you can make different types of patterns with different type of things. Doing this task reminded me of when I went to Auckland Museum and I went into a marae and then I saw lots of different patterns. The easy thing about this was rotating the some thing over and over again, but the most hard thing was thinking of a pattern you could make. This task was really fun doing and I hope you like the Kowhaiwhai I made!

What colours would you make the background?

(SLJ Activity 5) My Maori SLIDES!

Hey viewers, today I did a Summer Learning Journey again! The task I did was Maori which was good because I got to learn a different phrase that was Maori. The easy thing about it was arranging the words and the most hard thing was pronouncing the words which you would see I struggled a bit at slide 7, there will be a video! I really enjoyed doing this and I hope you like it too!

Were you able to pronounce the sentence which was on slide 2?

(SLJ Activity 4) My AWESOME MADE UP CREATURE!

Hey viewers, today I got to create my own creature that is made out of stuff I found in my garden. The name of my creature is called Fisder. The name came from two names. Spider and Fish, I just combined the two names together and I made the name Fisder. The reason why I named it that, is because fishes have tail fins and so as the creature I made. I put fish together with spider because spiders have legs to walk and so does my creature. So basically that´s the name of my creature. Now on to the parts of the body. The creature I made has legs because it want´s to be a land creature too. It has a tail fin because the creature loves to swim and it loves to be a water creature. The body of my creature is a little bit smaller than fishes and spiders because the less weight it has to carry while he is walking, the more easier it is for him to go places fast. Also it has a small body so he does not sink start away all the way to the ground. So that´s all for today. The most hard thing was putting the body parts together, but the most easy thing was finding stuff to make the creature with. I hope you guys liked it and I will see you guys next time!

If you made a creature, what would the name be?

(SLJ Activity 3) The Fishy´s False Teeth

Hey viewers, today i´m going to share what I learnt about a story called Fishy False Teeth and other stuff about it. I have learnt how the fish got the false teeth, and I learnt what happens in the story. The tricky thing about it was understanding the story. The easiest thing was writing about the characters like what they worked or what they were. This reminded me of going sailing at camp. Here it is hope you like it!

Have you ever seen a fish wear false teeth?

(SLJ Activity 2) MY AMAZING QUALITY COMMENT!

Hey viewers, today I wanted to share a comment that I commented on someone called Yazmine´s blog. I am going to share with you why it is a quality comment. First of all I think adding things you liked about there blog post is a really good thing to add. So I said two things I liked about her blog post. I also added a thoughtful sentence in my comment which you would see near the end. To connect with the person who made the blog post, I decided to add questions about the post and questions are really good for using if you are trying to make a quality comment. I added what her blog post reminded me about and which is good because it will make the comment more interesting and it will make more people interested to read your comment. So that´s all I basically did. I hope you like my comment and go ahead and try making a quality comment yourself!

What is your favourite Maori phrase?

My HELPFUL 10 ITEMED BACKPACK!

 Hey viewers, today I am sharing 10 items I would bring if I was out at sea. The hardest thing about doing it was thinking of foods that would be good for going out to sea. The most easy thing was actually nothing. Most things were hard but I just kept trying. this reminded me of when I went to sky city and I saw my friends. Here are 10 items I would take to sea with me!

* Chips

I would bring chips because you can get different size bags of the chips. So the bigger the bag, the more chips you have. But some chip bags are mostly air which is use less.

* Watermelon

I would bring a watermelon because watermelons are healthy for you and watermelons are pretty big. Watermelons are juicy so you would get some watermelon juice out of it too which is even better. Even tho I would not have a freezer out at sea, I would still eat the watermelon because it's YUM!

* Burger

I would take a burger because it taste nice and it would start getting cold but it's fine with me because even tho its cold, it actually kind of taste nice still.

* Mango

I would take a mango because mango's are my favourite fruit, so I had to bring it if I was going out to sea.

*  Carrot

I would take a carrot because carrot's are one of my favourite foods.

* Apple

I would take a apple because I don't know why but they make me full.

* Mince

I would take mince because it taste so so so good.

* Orange

I would take an orange because you can also get orange juice from it.

* Shapes

I would take shapes because they make me full and by the way shapes are some kind of chips.

* Banana

I would take banana because its healthy for your body and its yummy!

Thats all the 10 items I would take. I was really difficult thinking of foods I could take. Thats all I have for today!

What are 10 items you would take out to sea?

(SLJ Activity 1) How to build a confetti popper FOR PARTY'S!

 Hey awesome viewers, today I did an experiment that you guys could try out and it is called a CONFETTI POPPER! You can use them at party's or cool events. The hard thing about doing it was cutting a hole at the bottom of the cup and most easy part for me was putting the balloon on the cup. I really enjoyed doing this fun experiment and I hope you guys try it out too. When I was doing this it reminded me when I was in America and me and my cousins had a big party because it was New Years Day. If you make your own confetti popper you can also decorate the cup if you would like. So that's all I have to say and I hope you enjoy the video!

Equipment:

* 1 balloon

* 1 plastic cup

* Scissors

* Anything to use for your confetti

Have you ever made a Confetti Popper before?

I re coloured a AWESOME PHOTO!

Hey viewers, today I did a practise for my Summer Learning Journey this year. I got to pick a photo I wanted to do and then it showed the original photo and then once you pressed on the photo, you got to colour it in. So I re coloured it and I said why I changed the colours and other things like that. The difficult thing was picking a photo to pick and the easiest thing was putting the colours where it is suppose to be. Doing all this reminded me of a movie called despicable me 3. I really enjoyed doing my first practise, and I can't wait for the Summer Learning Journey to start! I hope you like the original photo so as the photo I re coloured. Hope you like it!
