My HELPFUL 10 ITEMED BACKPACK!

 Hey viewers, today I am sharing 10 items I would bring if I was out at sea. The hardest thing about doing it was thinking of foods that would be good for going out to sea. The most easy thing was actually nothing. Most things were hard but I just kept trying. this reminded me of when I went to sky city and I saw my friends. Here are 10 items I would take to sea with me!

* Chips

I would bring chips because you can get different size bags of the chips. So the bigger the bag, the more chips you have. But some chip bags are mostly air which is use less.

* Watermelon

I would bring a watermelon because watermelons are healthy for you and watermelons are pretty big. Watermelons are juicy so you would get some watermelon juice out of it too which is even better. Even tho I would not have a freezer out at sea, I would still eat the watermelon because it's YUM!

* Burger

I would take a burger because it taste nice and it would start getting cold but it's fine with me because even tho its cold, it actually kind of taste nice still.

* Mango

I would take a mango because mango's are my favourite fruit, so I had to bring it if I was going out to sea.

*  Carrot

I would take a carrot because carrot's are one of my favourite foods.

* Apple

I would take a apple because I don't know why but they make me full.

* Mince

I would take mince because it taste so so so good.

* Orange

I would take an orange because you can also get orange juice from it.

* Shapes

I would take shapes because they make me full and by the way shapes are some kind of chips.

* Banana

I would take banana because its healthy for your body and its yummy!

Thats all the 10 items I would take. I was really difficult thinking of foods I could take. Thats all I have for today!

What are 10 items you would take out to sea?

  1. Hi Kali,

    your items that you would bring out to sea are a good choice. I love watermelon and I agree that watermelon is healthy for you. Maybe next time you could add some more stuff that is not food like fluffy clothes or swimming togs.

  2. Kia Ora Kali,

    My name is Charlotte and I am a blog commenter for the Manaiakalani Summer Learning Journey. I really enjoyed reading about the 10 things you would bring out to sea!

    I noticed that you said mango was your favourite fruit! I love mango too, but I think my favourite fruit is strawberries. Do you like strawberries? What other fruits do you love eating?

    It is great to see you participating in the Summer Learning Journey but I think this may be an activity from the 2019-2020 blog. Could you please double check that you are looking at the 2020-2021 Summer Learning Journey activities, You can find it here.

  3. Hi Charlotte, I do like strawberries but I don´t like sour strawberries. Thanks for letting me know its the 2019-2020 Summer Learning journey. I am really confused on the Nanogirl task for the 2020-2021 Summer learning journey. Do we make our own experiments? Or do we do something else? Please let me, now thank you so much!

    1. Kia Ora Kali,

      I know what you mean about strawberries - it is never the best when you get the sour ones!
      The Nanogirl task for this week was just to collect materials that you could use to create super powers! As for the experiments, Nanogirl will be uploading a new activity on Monday next week with the instructions for an activity/experiment, until then you are welcome to do some experiments but they will sadly not count towards points for the SLJ. I would love to see some though!
