(SLJ Activity 13) My CODING SLIDE!

Hey viewers, today I got to do coding for the Summer Learning Journey. I really enjoyed it. I learnt a new beach doing this task because the task was to find where the cave belonged. Like what beach the cave was on and you will see that on the slides. The hard thing about this was coding the clue they put on the slide. The easy thing was making my own. This reminded me of when me and my class did coding for the whole day. I hope you guys like the slides. Also feel free to try out mine right down at the bottom. If you try out my coding, comment what you think the beach is! Enjoy!

Whats your favourite slide?

My name is Renee and I’m from the Summer Learning Journey Team. Ka pai on creating this message using the pigpen cipher and a slide show explaining how your cipher works. Do you think you will use this cipher to send secret messages to your friends and whanau?

Mission Bay beach is one of my favourites as well. Do you prefer swimming or hanging out on the sand? Personally, I really love to swim but I also enjoy playing beach games like frisbee and touch rugby on the sand.

Ngā mihi nui and keep up the excellent mahi - I can’t wait to see your other posts over the summer.

  2. Hey Renee,
Its me kali, I really do like hanging out on sand and playing games but I like swimming mostly when I go to the beach. I would not use the cipher to text my family but to friend I would. Just because my family don't really have interest in coding. But my friend do kind of. Thanks for asking!

    Nga mihi,
    Kali
