(SLJ Activity 49) Fort Time!

 Hey viewers, today me and my sister made a fort for a Summer Learning Journey Task. As you already know its the last day of the Summer Learning Journey and which is really sad. Out of all the task I have done I would say my favourite was the Pixel Art. For this task we had to make a fort and take a photo of us in the fort. The hard thing was making the fort because it keep falling sometimes. The easy thing was taking a picture. I hope you guys like it!  Hey viewers, so today is the last day of the Summer Learning Journey. This is really sad because I really enjoyed doing it. But for todays task me and my sister had a Picnic. For the normal task I had to take a photo of me and my sister have a picnic. Then for the step up task I had to make a menu of what we had. The hard thing was actually nothing.  Hey viewers, today I made my own That was Summer Poem. For the normal task I had to make a That was Summer poem. Then for the step up task I had to make another That was Summer poem but I had to make a Screencastify of me saying the poem. The hard thing doing this was thinking of sentences to write. The easy thing recording but I was nervous same time. So I hope you guys like it!

(SLJ Activity 45 Normal / Step up task) Glider!

 Hey viewers, today I made 2 gliders. 1 for the normal task and 1 for the step up task. For the normal task we had to make a glider with materials we could find around our house. Then the step up task we had plan out how our glider will turn out then we had to make it. Also for my step up task my glider was really close looking to the plan glider. The hard thing was making it. The easy thing was flying it. So I hope you guys like it!

(SLJ Activty 44 Normal / step up task) Pixel Art!

 Hey viewers, Today I got to make Pixel Art and also I got to make a Pixel gif. For this task I did the normal and step up task. For the normal task we had to make a Pixel art which was really fun. I will link the app i used to make the pixel art HERE! For the Pixel Art i made it was from Summer Learning Journey. The SLJ people use it for the start of there slides so I decided to make it. For the step up task which was my favourite, we had to make a Pixel animation. In 2020, in my class I was called the animation king. I loved doing animation so I really enjoyed doing the step up task. I hope you enjoy!

(SLJ Activity 43) Mondrian Art!

 Hey viewers, today I made my own Mondrian Art. Mondrian Art is different shapes that are coloured in. I learnt how to make a Mondrian Art and it was fun doing this because when I was younger I use to really love art and I kind of still now. The hard thing doing this was when I first looked at the task it was confusing but then the task gave us a blog to check out if we were stuck. Then I got the hang of it. The easy thing was when I understood the task I knew how to easily make a Mondrian Art. I hope you guys like it!

Hey viewers, today I went outside and recorded what it sounds like outside. Then after that I made a poem about the sound. When I looked at this task it said the normal task and step up task we the same thing so I was confused. But sense it was the same thing for the step up task I added a screencastify . SLJ: Floating your boat! (Normal / Step up task)

 Hey viewers, today I got to create boats and I got to test them in water. I did the normal and step up task. For the normal task I had to make a boat and see if it could float. If it could float we had to go around the house and find stuff to put it the boat. Then see if it could still float. For the step up task I had to make 3 boats and test all 3 and I had to pick which one was the best. The hard thing doing this was making the boats and the easy thing was testing if the boats would float. I hope you guys enjoy!

SLJ: Anti Gravity Glass

 Hey viewers, today I made an Anti Gravity Glass. I am not really going to talk much about just because the experiment will look better in the video. The hard thing doing this was trying to make the water stay in the cup and which you will see in the video. I actually had to redo the video 2 or 3 times. The easy thing was swinging the cup of water and you will see that at the end of the video. I hope you guys enjoy the video!

(SLJ Activity 42 Normal/ Step up task) Soundtrack of Summer!

 Hey viewers, today I made a playlist that contains 10 songs that you could listen to during the summer. For todays normal task we had to make a playlist with 10 songs that you can listen to during summer. Then for the Step up task we had to make a Survey for the viewers to fill out. So I did the normal and step up task. The hard thing about this was thinking of questions for the survey.  Hey viewers, this is the step up task for Whai String Games. For this Step up task, I am going to be teaching you guys how to make a parachute with a string. I was given instructions and it was really hard because it was in words the instructions. But I managed to make it. The hard thing was understanding what to do.  Hey viewers, if you saw this blog post does not have a number for this activity. That is because this is a task I have missed so the blog post that have no number for the activity are the tasks that I have missed. So for this task there is a normal and step up task for this but they are going to be separate blog post. For the normal task we were given a google slide and there is a book to read and a video. You have to read then watch the video. The video explained how to make a cup and saucer which is apart of a game called Whai string games. So I watched the video and I made a cup and saucer. The hard thing was doing the Cup and saucer. The easy thing was reading the book because it also had a audio that you could listen to and it was a audio of the book. (SLJ Activity 39 Normal/ Step up task) Balancing tower!

 Hey viewers, today I got to make a tower. Lets start off with the normal task. For the normal task I had to make a tower out of pebbles, rocks, stone. I made my normal tower out of pebbles. Then for the step up task I had to make my own tower so I decided to make it out of pebbles and twigs. The hard thing doing this was trying to balance the pebbles on top of each other. (SLJ Activity 41) Fishy False Teeth: Step up

 Hey viewers, today I add to complete a task about Fishy False Teeth but it is the step up version. For this task we were given a article on a google slide. We had to read the article and then we also looked at a photo. We had to explain why it was fake or real. The hard thing doing this task was telling if it was real or fake. The easy thing was writing why it was fake or real after I decided if it was real or not. I hope you guys like it enjoy!

(SLJ Activity 40) Super Seesaw!

 Hey viewers this week is actually the last week for the Summer Learning Journey. So this week I am going to put everything I have got into the Summer learning Journey this week. I made my own Super Seesaw. I thought it turned out really good. What I liked most about this task was launching the ball of the Super seesaw. The hard thing about this was building it because we had to use blue tack but the blue tack was not sticking much. The easy thing was launching the ball off the Super seesaw. (SLJ Activity 38 Normal/ step up task) My Long Trip!

Hey viewers, to day I made my own Trip, I went around New Zealand but not really. Before we start and just wanted to say that when I was looking back at the Summer Learning Journey task. It seemed that I did not do some in order and which was confusing because as you know I always say what activity number the task i'm doing is. But just remember if it is the wrong task number don't worry because all that matters is if it is a Summer Learning Journey task. Now on to the task. For the normal task I had to make my own trip but then for the Step up task I had to make my own trip but with 15 stops. Like when we travel we take a stop sometimes and then we go to another place. So that's what I did and the hard thing was at the start I did not know how to use google maps but I watched a video of how to use it and that's how I created this. The easy thing was picking locations to go. I'm not 100% sure if I did this task right but yeah. So I hope you enjoy!

(SLJ Activity 37) Are Summer Holidays the same around the world?

 Hey viewers, today I did writing about New Zealand during Summer. This activity was quite confusing at the start but then I decided to check some other peoples blog and get some information on how to do this task. Once I looked at the activity on someone else's blog I knew what to do. Sense there work was so good I decided to leave them a comment. For this task we had to make a writing about New Zealand during Summer because New Zealand does not really get notice much and New Zealand is not really seen on Summer pages and stuff like that. (SLJ Activity 36 Normal/Step up task) Camping hacks!

 Hey viewers, today I did stuff about camping hacks. So we are going to start off with the Normal task. For the normal task we had to make a list of what we would bring on a short trip. So I am going to share 10 things I would bring.

Now for the Step up task. For the Step up task today we had to make our own Camping hack. It could be either a device or a gadget. So what I made was a device and it has multiple uses. So I made a gadget. The gadget is a Watch. First of all one of the features on the watch is a fan. On the side of the watch there is a fan that you can turn on and off. You can use it if you feel to hot or other stuff like that. Next feature is time. On the side of the watch next to the fan is a time. You can see whats the time on the side of the watch. The next feature is a compass. There is a compass on the top of the watch. You can use the compass if you are lost somewhere. Next feature is a Wacky Talky. There is a Wacky Talky on the other side of the watch and so if you need help you can use the Wacky Talky.  Last feature is a light. There is a light on the bottom of the watch. You can use it if you are in a dark place. Under the light there are 3 buttons. The green button is to turn on the light brightly. The orange button is to turn on the light but the light won't be that bright. Last button which is red is to turn off the light. So that is all the features for the watch. I hope you Enjoyed!

 Hey viewers, today I remade the game Poi Rakau. I really enjoyed this task because I got to kind of make my own game but it was remaking a game. The normal task was to make instructions for the game and thats what I did. The Step up task was to make a Google slides of how to play the game and explain our game. The hard thing was the task was quite confusing so I think I made some mistakes. The easy thing was remaking the game. I hope you guys enjoy the remake of the game [Poi Rakau]!

 Hey viewers, today I made a song. We had to use Chrome Music Lab to create our own song. For the normal task you had to make a song for your Family. Then for the Step up task you had to make a Version 2 of your song by changing the settings so it sounds different and stuff like that. The hard thing was making it and the easy thing was making a Version 2. I hope you guys like it!

(SLJ Activity 33 Normal/Step up task) Symmetry Photo Collage

 Hey viewers, today I made a Symmetry Photo Collage. I really enjoyed doing it and at the start it was really confusing for me but then when I watched a video of the instructions I just zoomed through it. For the normal task we had to put 4 photos on the Collage and then put a line down the middle so you can see both sides are the same and which you call Symmetrical. Then the Step up task was to make your own Symmetry Photo. The hard thing was understanding the activity at the start and the easy thing was finding 4 photos for the collage. (SLJ Activity 32 Normal/step up task) Summer Collage!

 Hey viewers, today I did a Summer Learning Journey task. I really enjoyed it and for this task, we had to create a Summer Collage of what we like to do during Summer. So I created my own Summer Collage and it shows what I like to do during Summer and also some words that remind me of Summer. That was everything for the normal task and then for the step up task I had to make a word art of the things I like doing during Summer.  Hey viewers, today I did a Summer Learning Journey. So this is activity 31 and you guys think I missed a task.  Hey viewers, today I did a task for the Summer Learning Journey. So far I would have to say this one was my favourite task because not only is it a one day task. It can be more than one day task. So what we had to do for the normal task was to make one podcast or more if you like. Then for the step up task was to make a Podcast series. So I decided to do that so I did normal and step up task. The hard thing was finding a book because my Podcast is reading books to you guys. The easy thing was finding the book cover. (SLJ Activity 28) Ice cream

 Hey viewers, today I did a task for the Summer Learning Journey. We had to make a copy of a slide and then on the slides were audios. You had to listen to the audio and you had to have a go at trying to write it. It was hard because all the words were Maori. Then when you finish writing the sentence, there will be a box under the box you wrote in. Then you delete the box and it shows the correct Maori sentence. Some of the sentence's I nearly got correct. The hard thing was trying to spell the word while listening to the audio. The easy thing was making my own and which you will see on the very last slide! I hope you guys enjoy!

 Hey viewers, today I did a SLJ (Summer Learning Journey) task. For this task, we had to find a photo that was fake and real. then you have to tell the viewers why the photos fake or real. So that is what I did today and I said the photo is real or fake. There are two photos, a real photo and fake photo. The hard thing about this was finding a photo that was fake and the easy thing was telling why it is fake or not. I hope you guys like it and Enjoy!
