(SLJ Activity 21 Normal/step up task) UV Indicator!

Hey viewers today I made a UV indicator. It is wearable only if it was made in real life. I said that because the UV indicator I made was made digitally. So for the normal task you had to make a normal UV indicator and for the step up task you had to make a UV indicator that could be wearable. I made a UV indicator that is a normal UV indicator but also a UV indicator you can wear if it was made in real life. The hard thing was designing it and the easy thing was typing the numbers. I hope you guys like it! Enjoy!

Comment if this is a UV indicator because I was not 100% sure if this was right?

It’s Renee from the Summer Learning Journey team here. Ka pai for your hard work on this blogpost and for engaging with this activity even when you mentioned that you weren’t completely sure if what you produced was correct. That is so awesome and brave and you have done an excellent job with this post.

In order to complete the “Step It Up” aspect of this activity you should design a second UV indicator that can be worn on a person’s body (for example in the form of a watch, or a badge or a hat).

As an example, check out Finau’s blogpost where she has designed both a wearable and non-wearable UV indicator - this will hopefully help to clarify the objective of the Step It Up activity.

It would be awesome if you could create another post giving the Step It Up activity a go, this would earn you extra points towards your Summer Learning Journey tally.

Ngā mihi nui and keep up the excellent mahi - I can’t wait to see your other posts over the summer.

    Renee (SLJ)
