I was given instructions and it was really hard because it was in words the instructions. But I managed to make it. The hard thing was understanding what to do. The easy thing was reading the instructions. So I hope you guys like it enjoy!

Do you think the parachute turned out good?
Kia ora Kali,
ReplyDeleteFiona here from the Summer Learning Journey. Cool parachute you have made! I think it turned out really well. I have tried to make a parachute a few times and found it pretty tricky. Now that I have your helpful video I am going to have another go - thank you!
Do you know how to make any other patterns with string? There are so many different patterns to learn. I think it is great how we can keep ourselves entertained with just a piece of string!
Thanks again for posting such a helpful and interesting video.
Keep up the awesome mahi!
Mā te wā,
Fiona (SLJ).

ReplyDeleteTino pai tō mahi e hoa! You have done a great job on your video and I really appreciate the careful instructions you’ve given so that it was easy to follow along with!
I think your parachute turned out wonderfully. String games used to be my favourite when I was in the cub scouts as a young child and it is so exciting to see everyone blogging about them! I think you are a natural in front of a camera too - you spoke so clearly and confidently!
Have you learned any other string games? One of my favourites used to be called the Spider-Web, but it’s been a long time since I’ve had a go. I wonder if I’d still be able to do it!
Keep up the awesome work Kali, I am thoroughly impressed!
Ngā mihi nui
Elle (SLJ)
