Hey viewers, this week we have been learning about well being because this term our subject is well being. This week my teacher (Mr Buzzo) showed a video about well being. It showed what kind of food are bad for you and also it showed people getting interviewed, because they were diagnosed with diabetes or a another kind of disease. The people that got interviewed showed the medicine they had to take and other things that helps them live. There was a person that had medicine and also because she had asmr she had something that would help you breathe. We continued watching the video on another day. Then we watched the rest on another day. Then a day later we watched a video about anxiety. We watched it because some people suffered from anxiety. We watched it and I shared what anxiety does to you and what it actually is. Anxiety is when your really nervous and when your body shuts down and you end up not moving but your standing in one spot. Also when you have anxiety you can overthink something which causes your breathing to go fast and also your heart beat can beat really fast. So that's all I remembered we learnt this week.
