Hey viewers, today I made 2 gliders. 1 for the normal task and 1 for the step up task. For the normal task we had to make a glider with materials we could find around our house. Then the step up task we had plan out how our glider will turn out then we had to make it. Also for my step up task my glider was really close looking to the plan glider. The hard thing was making it. The easy thing was flying it. So I hope you guys like it!
Normal Task (Glider 1)
Step up Task (Planned Glider)
Which glider do you think is better and why?
Ka pai Kali. What an awesome blog post. I especially appreciated your labelled diagrams. They look very scientific. So did the first glider go further? If so why do you think that happened?

I think your gliders look awesome and it is great to hear you made it out of recyclable materials, gotta look after the planet! I think both your designs look great and from the videos it looks like they both flew. I like the design of the rudder on your planned out glider, I imagine that would make for better control in the air and would help it stay straight.
I'm not sure which one was the best as they both seemed the fly the same, which one went the furthest?
I would also like to know which activities were your favourite this summer?
Ngā mihi nui,
